Chocolate truffle making

Join us for a complimentary, two-hour chocolate making session where residents will experience the chocolate making process from cocoa bean to chocolate, create basic chocolate Ganache filling, and learn how to create truffles with Spag N' Vola Owner Eric Reid & Head Chocolatier – Crisoire Reid. (Limited Availability)

Package Includes: 

  • Instructor Fee for up to 30 residents for (2) Hours

  • Assorted Tasting Samples

  • Supplies: Truffle Making equipment, utensils, pre-batched ganache, cocoa powder, etc.

  • Beverage Package Includes: Artisanal Ginger Infused Hot Chocolate/ Red & White Wine

Program Fee: $3000.00 (Including Taxes)

 

Once approved a formal invoice will be submitted. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the event. An additional 3% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
